Michael’s work advocating sustainability and accountability in food and beverage comes as a result of witnessing first-hand the level of unchecked waste systemic to the industry.
March of 2016, Michael was invited by the World Wildlife Fund and the United Nations Environmental Programme to deliver a live-televised keynote address in Beijing, with acclaimed actress Li BingBing, to inaugurate China’s participation in Earth Hour.
One of five panel speakers, Michael’s address reached over 200 million viewers and listeners with an overwhelming response.
